The Purpose Of Anti-Pumping Relay

The purpose of the mechanical anti-pumping function is to ensure that a circuit breaker receiving simultaneous opening and closing orders does not open and close indefinitely. If there is a continuous closing order, after opening the circuit breaker remains open until the closing order is discontinued.

How do I reset my anti pumping relay?

To reset the anti-pump circuit, close switch has to be released and a new close command has to be provided. This is the operating sequence of Anti-Pump relay.

A Star Connection is a 4 – wire connection (4th wire is optional in some cases) A Delta Connection is a 3 – wire connection. Two types of Star Connection systems are possible: 4 – wire 3 – phase system and 3 – wire 3 phase system. In Delta Connection, only 3 – wire 3 phase system is possible.

▶️ Which is better Star or delta connection?

Star connection is preferred for long distance transmission and distribution as it requires low insulation and has a Neutral which helps to balance the circuit. Delta connection is preferred for shorter distance transmission and distribution as it requires more insulation and has the problems of unbalanced currents.

I used 40A Breaker with protection 

3. Components work with Inductive Heater

I used 6 stacks of ferrite toroid with 20 turns of 16 gauge Liz wires at primary and use for single turn secondary

For Capacitor Tank I used 0.33uF 1200VDC 630VAC 12 units as shown in the pictures
