 Transform Welding Machine to Inductive Heater

1. Take Out The Welding inverter is it work or not

2. Redesign it's inverter to drive old IGBT

This my old welding machine I take out only the control board and its inverter

I also re-design new controller call IGBT inverter GDT Mofet driver

We use: 

The Project is a little bit harder and dangerous of high voltage and current 

I used 40A Breaker with protection 

3. Components work with Inductive Heater

I used 6 stacks of ferrite toroid with 20 turns of 16 gauge Liz wires at primary and use for single turn secondary

For Capacitor Tank I used 0.33uF 1200VDC 630VAC 12 units as shown in the pictures
